I am an Associate Broker of the RE/MAX Platinum, located in Brighton.  My vast real estate knowledge, premier marketing strategies, and exceptional negotiating skills ensure that my clients get top dollar for their property in the least amount of time.  These same skills are applied when working with my clients that are purchasing real estate with a focus on protecting their best interests.

My experience and education have contributed to many satisfied customers and awards including Multi-million dollar producer status, a consistent Member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, and Executive Club. 

I also put my long time building experience, knowledge, and business minded savvy to work for my client's benefit on a full time basis.  I  have been a Licensed builder & Vice President of Sova Builders Inc. since 1993.  I have a strong finance background with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Central Michigan University.  In 2006 I completed CCIM Commercial Real Estate Training, The National Association of Realtors e-PRO Certification, and The Paul Starner Hooked on Success Training Series as well as the Brian Buffini 100 Days To Greatness Training Program. This year I completed extensive training to earn the distinguished designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert. I understand the options, solutions and effective methods for dealing with homeowners facing hardships. 
 
I am a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR), Livingston County Association of Realtors (LCAR), Business Network International (BNI), and the Howell Chamber of Commerce.  I recently was elected to the Board of Directors for the Livingston County Association of Realtors with a 3 year term ending in 2012.

Mary Kay specializes in helping our buyers realize their real estate goals.  Mary Kay's knowledge of the market, negotiating skills, and the attention to details of the people she works with makes her your greatest advocate

Brittani Simone specializes in helping our web clients.  Brittani's knowledge of technology and her excellent communication skills benefit her to effectively work with our online consumers.
